Going Local Week is more than just a promotion—it’s a movement born from a love for our communities and a commitment to saving the businesses that make Huntington unique. Founded by Going Local Long Island and Chef Michael Landesberg of Jackson Hall American Bar & Grill, Going Local Week encourages residents to show up, shop small, and invest in their neighbors.
With costs of labor, food, and supplies skyrocketing, it’s become harder than ever for local businesses to survive. Going Local Week kicked off in March in Islip, and now it’s Huntington’s turn to shine. From Monday, April 28th to Sunday, May 4th, these businesses are offering incredible deals to thank you for your support. But remember—shopping local can’t stop after this week. If we don’t support our hometown heroes every day, we risk losing them forever.
