Downtown Comes Alive with Music, Food, Art, and Community Spirit on Four Electric Thursday Nights
The heart of Patchogue is set to pulse with energy once again as Alive After Five® returns for its 23rd annual celebration. One of Long Island’s most anticipated summer events, the street festival will take place on June 26, July 10, July 31, and August 14, with a rain date of August 21. Drawing between 20,000 to 30,000 visitors per evening and attracting nearly 100,000 attendees each season, Alive After Five is more than just an event—it’s a full-on celebration of music, food, and local pride.
A Lineup That Hits All the Right Notes
Each Alive After Five date will bring a different musical theme to life, transforming the streets into a multi-sensory experience that captures the spirit of summer:
June 26 – Country: Downtown Nashville
July 10 – Emo Night
July 31 – Disco Fever
August 14 – Jam Bands Vibes
From twangy tunes and throwback beats to heartfelt anthems and jam sessions, the festival offers something for every musical taste. Local bands and artists will be performing on multiple stages throughout the event footprint, ensuring that every corner of the village is alive with sound.

Alive After Five is not just about the music—it’s a showcase for local culture. With over 120 vendors participating, guests can browse everything from handcrafted jewelry and artwork to artisanal foods and one-of-a-kind gifts. Patchogue’s renowned restaurants and bars will be extending their service outdoors, creating a bustling open-air dining scene along Main Street and North Ocean Avenue. Road Closures & Festival Footprint
To accommodate the crowd and the full event experience, roads will close at 3:30 p.m. and reopen at 10:30 p.m. The event spans:
Main Street (from West Avenue to Maple Avenue)
North Ocean Avenue (from Oak Street to Church Street)
Festival-goers are encouraged to arrive early, take public transportation when possible, and wear comfortable shoes to explore all that Alive After Five has to offer.
