If you’re looking for something quick, casual, comforting, PS… you just found it! Located at 198 2nd St, Mineola, NY 11501 and open daily from 11am – 8pm, is P.S. Burgers.
This local gem offers indoor and outdoor dining, quick takeout, and fast delivery. They also offer a rewards program for those looking to snack and STACK points! One super unique thing about this restaurant that I loved were the pictures of postcards and destinations throughout the world. Very creative!

Their concept is simple…BURGERS, but with a passport! P.S. Burgers strive to incorporate the 4 corners of the world and bring out local flavors in every bite. Being a non-meat is no problem at this spot because wait until you see the list of protein options they have for everyone:
Grass fed beef, Lamb, Bison, Turkey, Salmon, Veggie, Beyond Burgers, and More!
Not only is each burger packed with flavor, but it only gets more flavorful with their unique international flavors combinations, like P.S. New York, P.S. Hawaii, P.S. Venice, P.S. Mexico, etc. So you can stamp your burger passport each visit.
Feeling like you want something light? You have the option to simply choose your patty and decide whether you’d like it between bread in a burger or sandwich form. But if you’re feeling something different, lose the bun, and now you have a burger salad!
P.S. It’s Not “Just Burgers”
But what if I don’t like burgers you ask? Then this is only MORE of a reason to come here, because they have a ton of other sweet options like Giant Hot Dogs, Salads, Wraps, Sandwiches, Fries Pickles, Beyond Burgers, Creamy Shakes, Sweet Desserts, and More!
And don’t get me started on the huge list of delicious sauces they have. Their sauce lineup deserves recognition on its own! (P.S.…order my favorite, the basil aioli)

Order Breakdown:
Gruyere Fries:
If you are looking for a delicious cheese pull then this is the way to go. Slight truffle flavor mixed with the gruyere made it the perfect side dish.
Mac & Cheese Bites:
Warm, cheesy goodness with the perfect outside crisp. One bite, a dip in your favorite sauce, and you’ll be hooked. (P.S. good luck sharing!)
Fried Pickles:
For all the pickle lovers out there, this one’s for you! Crispy, salty, snackable. It’s the perfect excuse to dip into every sauce on the menu.
The Original Hot Dog:
This dog is loaded. Bacon, cheddar, crispy potato sticks, and sweet corn. it ‘s a combo I didn’t think would work, until one bite proved me wrong! On the side we ordered sweet potato fries which had the perfect crisp paired with a side of bbq sauce (my favorite combo).
Crispy Fish Wrap:
Crispy flounder with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and special sauce, wrapped with your choice of wrap. I chose the spinach wrap which made it super light, crunchy, and super satisfying!
Burger Time!
P.S. Venice Burger:
Sautéed mushrooms, caramelized onions, gorgonzola, and pesto sauce. To try something different, I subtracted the bun and ordered it as a salad. (P.S. I ordered extra basil aioli for this). It was bold, earthy, and reminded me of Italy! I love the idea that you can still appreciate the burger without the bun.
P.S. Mexico:
This classic burger had a spicy flair! Fried jalapeños, avocado, pepper jack, and chipotle sauce. Spicy, crunchy, cheesy perfection! The combination was absolutely delicious and the crispy, BIG onions served on the side, made it even better!
Sweet Nostalgia
Funnel Cake Fries:
Talk about childhood nostalgia! Carnival-style fun in fry form. Dusted with sugar, served with strawberry dipping sauce. It was the perfect sweet treat!
Chocolate Brownie:
A simple dessert choice, but absolutely delicious. Served warm with vanilla ice cream and caramel drizzle. Classic, rich, gooey, good!
Strawberry Shake:
Thick, creamy, pretty in pink…the perfect sweet sip!
The P.S. Burgers Breakdown
To be honest, I was overwhelmed in the best way! A menu this fun and flexible makes ordering so much more exciting! The concept is juicy, the execution is intentional, and the staff couldn’t be more welcoming. Thank you to the wonderful manager, Carolina, for the awesome experience!
