Harley’s Brings Its Signature Vibe to Huntington

Huntington has a new go-to destination for great food, lively energy, and unforgettable nights out. Harley’s American Grille, the beloved Farmingdale staple owned by Michael LoManto, has officially opened its doors in Huntington, bringing its signature vibe to 326 West Jericho Turnpike.

Since opening in Farmingdale in 2018, Harley’s has built a loyal following for its welcoming atmosphere, elevated American cuisine, and entertainment-driven dining experience. Now, it’s Huntington’s turn to experience what makes Harley’s so special. The restaurant is open six days a week (closed Tuesdays) and is quickly becoming a standout addition to the local dining scene.

A Fresh, Modern Space That Feels Like Home

Guests stepping into the Huntington location will immediately notice that this is no ordinary transformation. The space has been completely gutted and redesigned to create an open, warm, and modern environment—one that mirrors the inviting feel of the Farmingdale location while offering its own fresh personality.

Owner Michael LoManto describes the experience simply:

“You’re going to come in, have a great time, and you’re going to feel right at home.”

That feeling starts the moment guests walk through the door. From the hostess to the busser, food runner, server, and bartender, every team member is committed to treating each guest like a VIP. LoManto speaks proudly of his staff, crediting them for bringing the energy and atmosphere that define Harley’s.

A Team-First Approach to Hospitality at Harley’s

Beyond the food and ambiance, Harley’s stands out for its collaborative culture. LoManto values open communication and actively seeks feedback from his team, working alongside them to find solutions and improve the guest experience. He firmly believes that teamwork is the foundation of a successful restaurant—and it shows in both service and morale.

Classic Favorites and Standout Steaks

The Huntington menu features the same crowd-favorite dishes that have made the Farmingdale location so popular. Guests can expect elevated comfort food made with care, including:

Whipped Burrata – Slow-roasted tomatoes, balsamic reduction, and toasted crostini (with optional prosciutto di Parma)

Chicken Scarpariello – Roast airline chicken with crumbled sausage, herb-smashed fingerlings, caramelized onions, and cherry pepper demi-glace

Roast Halibut – Cauliflower purée, honey-glazed baby carrots, and white balsamic emulsion

Steak lovers will also want to take note. All steaks at Harley’s are cut in-house by a skilled craftsman butcher, with options including skirt steak, filet mignon, NY strip, and a boneless ribeye—each prepared to impress.

Looking Ahead: Expansion and Growth

The future is already taking shape for Harley’s Huntington. Plans are underway for a glassed-in, four-season extension that will create even more space for dining and celebrations.

As for what’s next, LoManto shared that expansion is very much on the horizon. With eyes set east and west, a third location may be announced soon, with long-term goals of growing Harley’s to five locations.
