A new restaurant to put on your list

A Concept that will Take Your Taste buds on a Roadtrip

At the helm of Roadtrip’s culinary adventures is Executive Chef Mike Artist, known for his popular catering service, Artist Dining. Chef Mike brings his expertise and passion for American cuisine to this new venture, ensuring that every dish is a celebration of the flavors that define our nation.

Every week, they will feature specials that highlight different states across the U.S., offering diners a rotating selection of dishes and cocktails inspired by that region. From Maine lobster rolls to Texas BBQ, each visit promises a new culinary experience that transports you to another part of the country.

In line with their theme of celebrating America, Roadtrip exclusively serves American-made wine, beer, and liquor, showcasing their commitment to supporting domestic products. But their dedication to supporting America goes beyond just the menu. Every Monday, Roadtrip will contribute 10% of its gross sales to charities benefiting first responders and military personnel, ensuring that the community is at the heart of their mission.

The Team Behind Roadtrip

The management ownership team behind Roadtrip is a group of seasoned industry veterans, each bringing a wealth of experience to the table. Phil Krumpter, who has served as a regional manager for Burgerology and Miller’s Ale House in both Florida and New York, has spent years mastering the ins and outs of the restaurant business. When Phil was asked how the opening went, he replied, “We are so excited about the culinary journey we have embarked on and feel really good about the feedback.”

In addition, co-owner Jesse Lee Roenbeck, the lead singer of the popular Long Island band Oogee Wawa, has worked in the restaurant industry for a quarter-century. Melissa Zelli, a 38-year-old Patchogue-based attorney from Centereach, also brings her experience as a veteran bartender to the mix. Rounding out the team is Ed Shine, a 51-year-old Patchogue resident who owns a real estate business and is part of the new ownership team set to relaunch Fadeley’s Deli Pub in Patchogue this September.

This New Spot Seems to be Destined For a Long Road Ahead

Successful restaurants are often the result of years of experience and a deep understanding of the industry, and Roadtrip is no exception. With a concept that promises to take diners on a cross-country culinary adventure, a team of seasoned industry pros at the helm, and a talented chef leading the kitchen, Roadtrip has all the ingredients for success. Make sure to check out Roadtrip in Bay Shore and embark on a flavorful journey across America!
