As a teenager, he would DJ for his neighborhood, setting up outside his house to entertain friends and family. One day, he decided to share some of the food he had made, and to his surprise, people loved it. What started as a fun experiment turned into something much bigger—soon, he was serving up street food alongside his DJ sets, drawing larger crowds each time.
With an ever-growing following, Roberto realized he had created something truly special. His love for food, music, and community had come together in a way that resonated with people. And so, the Latin & Asian Modern Street Food Experience was born.
