Celebrate the Season with Local Artistry at the Art League of Long Island
The Art League of Long Island invites the community to its 59th Holiday Fine Art & Craft Fair, a beloved annual event showcasing an eclectic variety of handcrafted art and unique gifts. Taking place on December 7th and 8th, from 10 AM to 5 PM, at the Art League’s Dix Hills location, this juried event is free and open to the public. It’s the perfect way to support local artists while finding one-of-a-kind treasures for the holidays.

Shop Handcrafted Gifts at The Holiday Fine Art & Craft Fair
Visitors to the fair will discover an extraordinary collection of art and crafts, including paintings, sculptures, ceramics, mosaics, fiber art, jewelry, photography, wearable art, and glasswork. Every piece is handcrafted by talented artists, offering the opportunity to find something truly unique for friends and family.
The Fine Art & Craft Fair also allows attendees to meet the artists and learn about the inspiration behind their work. In addition, a Juror will be awarding prizes to the creators of the most innovative and exceptional designs, adding an extra layer of excitement to the event.
In addition to the shopping and activities, the Art League kindly asks visitors to bring one new/unused art supply product which will be donated to children and teens served by the Economic Opportunities Council of Suffolk County.
Activities for All Ages
The Holiday Fine Art & Craft Fair isn’t just about shopping—it’s a family-friendly event with activities for all ages. Children will enjoy a face painting booth, while teens and adults can participate in free papercutting snowflake workshops. These intricate workshops are available throughout the weekend, but seating is limited, so advance registration is recommended.

Attendees can make a day of their visit by enjoying food from gourmet vendors and entering to win exciting raffle prizes, including a chance to see Sarah Silverman, courtesy of WBAB/WBLI. The vibrant atmosphere, combined with the stunning displays of art and craft, ensures an experience that’s both enjoyable and inspiring.
Meet the Juror for the Fine Art & Craft Fair
This year’s fair is juried by Diane Palma, Co-Owner and Co-Art Director of Digho Arts, a graphic design company specializing in business branding and image marketing. Diane’s expertise in both fine and digital art, coupled with her deep involvement in Long Island’s arts community, makes her a fitting choice to recognize the best works on display.
