Since their soft opening on October 8th, the shop has been delighting guests with smooth cappuccinos, decadent desserts, and creamy, handcrafted gelato made with authentic Italian flair.
Located at 17 East Main Street, Perfect Pasta & Gelato is currently open Thursday through Sunday from 9 AM to 7 PM, offering the perfect place to grab your morning espresso, enjoy a sweet afternoon pick-me-up, or indulge in a little taste of Italy after dinner.

While coffee and gelato lovers are already flocking to this cozy café, there’s even more to look forward to. Perfect Pasta & Gelato is patiently awaiting final kitchen permit approvals from the Town of Islip before introducing its fresh pasta menu—a cornerstone of its “perfect” Italian concept.
As the team shared, “Fresh pasta is ready when they are!” Guests can expect a menu of creative pasta dishes made fresh in-house, bringing an authentic Italian dining experience to Bay Shore’s vibrant food scene.
Celebrate at the Grand Opening – Sunday, November 16th
The excitement continues with the official Grand Opening celebration on Sunday, November 16th from 12–3 PM. The event will feature a Local Business Showcase, highlighting a variety of nearby artisans and entrepreneurs—just in time for holiday shopping!
Guests can look forward to complimentary pasta, drip coffee, and gelato samples, plus the chance to mingle with other Long Island locals and small business owners. Among the featured participants are:
