A Taste of Northport: Celebrate Long Island Restaurant Week with Local Culinary Gems

Long Island Restaurant Week is back, and this spring’s edition promises to be more delicious than ever—especially in the charming waterfront village of Northport. From Sunday, April 27 through Sunday, May 4, participating restaurants across the region are offering special prix fixe menus to entice diners during a typically quiet time in the industry.

Whether you’re craving upscale Mediterranean, bold Mexican flavors, or elevated American classics, Northport’s local culinary scene is ready to impress. Now’s the perfect time to explore new flavors, revisit old favorites, and support the restaurants that are the backbone of our community.

What is Long Island Restaurant Week?

Launched in 2006 and expanded due to popular demand, Long Island Restaurant Week is a tri-annual celebration of food, flavor, and local business. The event was designed to stimulate business during slower seasons—fall, winter, and spring—and has since grown to include over 160 restaurants during its winter installment and nearly 250 in the fall.

Each participating restaurant has the flexibility to offer a two-course lunch for $24, and/or a three-course dinner menu at tiered price points of $29, $39, or $46. It’s a great opportunity for food lovers to try new places or return to beloved eateries—without breaking the bank. Note: On Saturdays, the prix fixe dinner is only available until 7 p.m.
