Sip & Savor

Sip & Savor is Hosted by The Long Island Hospitality Association

If you love food and are looking for a fun night out, do we have the event for you! Sip & Savor is a tasting event to celebrate Long Island’s top food and libations happening May 8th at The Mansion at Oyster Bay! You will enjoy UNLIMITED food and libations from over 35 of Long Island’s Top Chef’s and restaurants from 5:30-8:30pm.

Participants include Twisted Cow Distillery, Chef Adam Streeter, Michaelangelo’s Wine Bar, Costa Verde Restaurant Group Long Island and many more. In addition, there will be live music, a silent auction, and live casino games (proceeds go to Long Island Hospitality students).

Pro Tip: I would recommend pacing yourself so you have the opportunity to try all 35 vendors. Nothing worse then filling up at one or two stations and realizing how much you missed out on! Furthermore, same tip applies for alcohol as far as pacing yourself, but make sure to try Twisted Cow Distillery. I have never tasted such clean alcohol in my life and highly recommend you try it!
