Station Yards spans over 53 acres surrounding the Ronkonkoma Long Island Railroad Station and includes approximately 1,450 homes, 360,000 square feet of commercial space, 190,000 square feet of retail, and 60,000 square feet of hospitality.
The Long Island Rail Road, which transports 17,000 commuters daily towards Penn Station, makes Station Yards the busiest train station in Suffolk County and the second busiest on Long Island. With options for a sixty-five-minute express train to Penn Station or East Side Access into Grand Central Station, the ease of access will draw shoppers, diners, workers, and visitors from all over Long Island and beyond.
Phase 1’s residential units, called Alston, are complete, and Phase 2 of the project, The Core, will be completed in 2024. This phase includes 67,000 square feet of retail, 489 residential units, 1,650 square feet of office space, and a public plaza.
