White Post Farms Fall Festival (Melville)

For decades, White Post Farms has been a family favorite, and their Fall Festival is one of the most anticipated events of the season.

Festival Dates & Times:

Weekends & Columbus Day, Sept. 20 – Oct. 26

Gates open 9:30/10:00 AM, stay until 6 PM

White Post Animal Farm

Bird Aviaries & Dinosaur Adventure

Giraffe Experience & Primate Enrichment Barn

Six family shows, including the famous Singing Chicken Show

The Great Pumpkin Palooza at Lenny Bruno Farms (Manorville)

Manorville’s Lenny Bruno Farms brings back its Great Pumpkin Palooza, a three-weekend celebration of everything autumn.

Festival Dates:

October 4–5, 11–12, 18–19 | 10 AM – 5 PM

What to Expect:

Pumpkin & sunflower picking

Spooky (but kid-friendly) corn maze on select dates

Hayrides with sustainable farming lessons from Dominic Bruno

Bounce houses, pedal cars & jumbo garden games

Admission is just $15 per person, with kids 2 and under free.

F&W Schmitt’s Family Farm (Melville)

A fall staple in Melville, F&W Schmitt’s Family Farm offers everything you could want from a traditional harvest festival.

Festival Dates:

Weekends Sept. 20 – Nov. 2

Special holiday hours for Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, Columbus Day & Diwali

Festival Fun:

Wagon rides & pumpkin picking

A sprawling 7-acre corn maze

Playground & photo ops

Petting zoo and more

Admission is $23 per person (ages 2+). Some activities require additional fees.

Waterdrinker Fall Festival (Manorville & Riverhead)

Known for its sprawling sunflower fields and year-round events, Waterdrinker Family Farm is hosting its Fall Fest at both Manorville and Riverhead locations.

September 19 – October 31

Included with Admission ($20 per person, children 2 and under free):

Barnyard animals & Lost Island Tortoise Enclosure
