Winter Restaurant Week Returns Sunday January 26th-Sunday February 2nd

It’s officially Winter on Long Island which means it’s time for Winter Restaurant Week! Long Island Restaurant Week is back starting Sunday January 26th-Sunday February 2nd. With over 115 restaurants participating throughout Nassau and Suffolk, you are sure to find a few new local spots to add to your rotation!

With so many of us and our local restaurants feeling the effects of the economy, Long Island Restaurant Week is the perfect time to treat yourself to a night out! Grab your partner, friends or family and pick a new local restaurant to support from the list below!

How Does Restaurant Week Work?

If you are a first timer to Restaurant Week and wondering what goes on, let us break it down for you. Long Island Restaurant Week is a chance for customers to try 3 dishes (appetizer, entree and dessert) ordered from a prix fixe menu. Each participating restaurant is required to offer a minimum of 3 options for each course to choose from and often times, offer 4-6 options for appetizers and entrees. Please note: there may be options with an up charge (example: Lobster).

Some restaurants will offer a $24 two course lunch prix fixe in addition to the $29/$39/$46 three-course dinner prix fixe menu every night they are open from Sunday-Sunday. Please note: some restaurants will only offer the prix fixe menu before 7pm on Saturdays. Please call ahead to check.

Beverages such as coffee, tea or soda are not included and tax and gratuity are extra. A 20% gratuity is recommended for friendly waitstaff that work hard throughout the week for this event!

TIP: call ahead for reservations. Restaurants fill up quickly so make your reservation(s) today.
