Already one of Patchogue’s favorite nightlife destinations, Side Street Dive is a lively bar and restaurant known for its energetic atmosphere. It features low lighting, creative craft cocktails, and a menu packed with signature pizzas, stacked burgers, wings, stuffed rice balls, and other shareable comfort food favorites.
Tucked just off Main Street, it’s become a go-to spot for everything from casual dinners and late-night drinks to themed brunches, live music, trivia nights, and unforgettable nights out. Now, the popular Patchogue hotspot has added another reason to visit…an interactive Broadway-inspired dining experience that’s stealing the spotlight.
Talent with a side of Tots…
Just when you thought Side Street Dive couldn’t turn the energy up any higher, they went ahead and added a cast. Yes, a cast!
Side Street Dive has officially launched Side Street Live!, Long Island’s first Broadway-inspired dining experience. Dinner. Drinks. A standing ovation. And no, you don’t have to catch the LIRR into the city for this one…the Broadway energy came straight to Patchogue.
Inspired by New York City’s iconic singing-server restaurants, Side Street Live! transforms an ordinary night out into a full-scale production. Your server doesn’t just bring your meal, they grab a mic, bring contagious energy, and deliver show-stopping performances that bring the entire room to life. The restaurant becomes the stage, complete with audience sing-alongs, confetti blasts, bubble guns, and musical numbers that will have you asking, “These servers MUST come from Broadway”
The answer? Absolutely.
The cast is made up of professionally trained performers, including an American Idol finalist, delivering Broadway-caliber talent between taking orders. And earning a spot wasn’t easy….more than 200 performers auditioned, but only 20 were selected, making this an exceptionally talented ensemble that’s as exclusive as it is entertaining.

Thursday Nights, starting at 6PM — Kick your weekend off early with an interactive dinner experience full of live performances, delicious bites, specialty cocktails, and more. It’s the perfect “it’s basically Friday” excuse.
Saturday Afternoons, starting at 12PM — The brunch everyone will be talking about. Broadway classics, today’s biggest hits, bottomless energy (and bubbles… both the drinkable AND the bubble gun kind). Brunch at Side Street Live is definitely a matinee worth attending.

The Side Street Live! The cocktail menu might just be my favorite supporting character. Every drink is thoughtfully crafted and named after an iconic Broadway number, making each order feel like part of the performance. You’ll find popular musical names like: Defying Gravity, Popular, A Whole New World, and Be Our Guest, Hakuna Matata, Seasons of Love, and Suddenly Seymour.
But the fun doesn’t stop at the menu. When your drink is ready, don’t be surprised if the cast bursts into song, singing the name of your cocktail throughout the night. It’s an interactive touch that turns something as simple as ordering a drink into part of the show, making every guest feel like they’re in the audience and part of the cast.
Not drinking? The mocktails deserve their own standing ovation. Somewhere Over the Rainbow and Let It Go prove you don’t need alcohol to join the chorus, with plenty of creative, spirit-free options that are just as fun and flavorful.
